Platt Hollow Road was asked to participate in Christopher Newport University's annual student Persuasion Project given to senior level marketing majors. The project involved creating a marketing campaign for a local company or organization while utilizing a local firm within the industry to serve in a mentorship role. Our team was one of five and we chose to pursue a local guitar retailer. The students were responsible for strategy, copywriting, design and photography. Poster and post card are shown.
"You have exceeded my expectations and then some. You should be proud of your accomplishments this semester - you have demonstrated a great deal of learning and more importantly, proven your own self-efficiency. This portfolio is the best I have ever read across the two years I have been assigning students this project. I would like to retain a copy of your portfolio for future students as an example of excellent work."
